Toronto plastic surgeon Dr. Martin Jugenburg — known online as Dr. 6ix — may be filming patients in states of undress without their consent. He is being investigated by both the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the province’s privacy commissioner following a Marketplace investigation.
