71 year old male undergoing treatment for Rhinophyma an advanced stage of Rosacea. In the case of this patient, he has a significant amount of excess skin tissue causing a distorted shape to his nose. Loop cautery excision followed by CO2 Deep Laser Resurfacing is used to help reshape the nose. Sebum was also extracted to help improve the final result.
