Baby Sloan was born with a non-cancerous tumor that was affecting her nerves and facial muscles. Her parents sought the help of a vascular surgeon to treat their little girl. In a series of procedures, Dr. Milton Waner removed the tumor. Dr. Waner also treated a little boy named Murphy who was born with a venous malformation on his lip.
